Tuition is paid by term, at the rate of $10 per class, to hold your space in the classes you want to attend. Tuition paid is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. Refunds will only be issued in the event that I have to cancel class.

Students attending more than one class receive a 20% discount on their lowest priced class.

 

Winter-Spring Term Class Schedule

 

We will continue to refine our asana practice as well as explore yoga philosophy via Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, refine our pranayama practice and explore chanting, mudra, and enjoy sound in addition to guided meditation.

*Please note that classes are 90 minutes.

There are no classes during Spring Break week and the weekends that border it, so from March 10th through March 18th.

 

Mondays: (no class on President's Day)

9am Hatha Flow & Meditation (Suitable for students ready for an intermediate level practice. We will be exploring how to prepare for advanced postures.) (FULL)

9am Hatha Flow/Yin Combination Class & Meditation (FULL)

Sundays:  (no class on Mother's Day or Easter Sunday)

9am Yin Yoga & Meditation (suitable for both beginner & intermediate students) (FULL)

Chair Yoga

Develops strength, flexibility, balance and mental clarity using the chair as a prop. For people who for any reason may have trouble getting up and down off of the floor or who want a non-competitive and relaxing yoga experience, chair yoga is a great option. We do many poses while sitting and then also practice standing poses with the chair nearby for support. These classes are very social and fun.

Slow Hatha Flow

In this class, we practice yoga poses in combination with our breath to develop strength, flexibility, and to practice regulating our own nervous system. We focus on finding inner alignment and this allows each student to find her or his own ideal pose. My goal is to teach you several short sequences that you can practice safely on your own at home. This class is suitable for all students who are comfortable with getting up and down from the floor.

Yin Yoga

This practice uses long, passive holds of floor yoga poses to release the connective tissues of the body. Holds range from 2-5 minutes and this class is quiet and meditative. This class is a great option if you need to loosen tight places in your body and provides an opportunity to fine tune your awareness of the relationship between sensations in your body and your breath and observe your active mind.

Slow Hatha Flow/Yin Combo Class

In this class, we alternate between a Slow Hatha Flow Class one week and Yin the next.

 

All Classes Include Meditation

We use breath and reconnecting with our bodies to prepare to meet ourselves in the space of inner stillness, integrating mind, body and spirit to release stress and open the door to an increased sense of relaxation and well-being. Many complimentary meditation techniques are explored, and sometimes gongs are played.

 

 

 

Privates

One-on-one, private yoga sessions are great if you are ready to refine your yoga practice. Together we can develop a personal practice just for you.

If you desire to have one on one support in developing your yoga or meditation practice, I offer private lessons. These are 75-minute classes sold in blocks of 3 for $180. We work out your goals and the scheduling together.

I am available for privates on T/W/F mornings.

Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. 24 hour notice is required if you must miss your class in order to re-schedule. In the event that I have to cancel, a refund will be offered.
